AlphaI+ is a professional services management platform operated by HuCortex Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). We provide multi-tenant SaaS software for firms that bill hours (consulting, law, accounting, agencies, dev shops) to manage client engagements, retainer hours, invoicing, and team operations.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account information: Full name, email address, phone number, job title, company name
  • Authentication data: Managed by Clerk (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords.
  • Usage data: Professional services requests, hours tracked, invoices, comments/messages within the platform
  • Payment data: Managed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (collected automatically for security and performance)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the AlphaI+ platform
  • To process subscriptions and billing via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (request notifications, invoices, status updates)
  • To provide customer support
  • To improve our services and fix bugs
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Tenant isolation: PostgreSQL Row Level Security ensures complete data isolation between tenants
  • Authentication: Multi-factor authentication available via Clerk
  • Access control: Role-based access (admin, queue manager, customer) with principle of least privilege
  • Audit logging: Immutable logs for impersonation sessions and administrative actions
  • Security headers: HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data (available via "Export My Data" in your account)
  • Portability: Export your data in machine-readable JSON format
  • Rectification: Update your personal information in your account settings
  • Erasure: Delete your account and personal data (available via "Delete My Account" in your account)
  • Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

7. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data anonymised immediately. Financial records (invoices, transactions) retained for 7 years for tax compliance.
  • Trial accounts: Data retained for 90 days after trial expiration, then purged

8. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Authentication session (Clerk). Required for the platform to function. Cannot be disabled.
  • Preference cookies: Theme preference (dark/light mode). Stored in localStorage, not transmitted to our servers.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, Canada, or the European Union depending on the service. We ensure adequate safeguards for cross-border transfers through Standard Contractual Clauses and data processing agreements with all sub-processors.

10. Children's Privacy

AlphaI+ is a business platform. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
